Key Information when renting Capel Bach Snowdonia cottage

We are committed to an enhanced COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
There is a Fire risk assessment in place with provision of fire extinguishers ,fire blanket and escape ladder for attic bedroom. It is IMPORTANT that you read the fire evacuation procedures on arrival as detailed in the guest information file.
Carbon monoxide alarm fitted.
Smoke alarm fitted, both alarms are wired to the mains with battery back up.
Visitors must be able to negotiate a couple of steps and stairs. The Master bedroom in the attic is accessed via a steepish flight of stairs. Please note the ceiling beams are low, please be careful.

CHECK IN :- After 15:00 SELF CHECK IN.
CHECK OUT :- 10:00 am.
No parties are allowed at the cottage.
Dogs are welcome as in one or two small dogs. They however must be kept under control at all times. The cottage is next to a sheep farm. Please keep dogs off all furniture and out of the bedrooms. Please bring your dog's bedding and be mindful to clean up the garden after your pets.
No smoking allowed inside the cottage.
There is room to park two cars outside the cottage.
