Week nights Low Season: £95 per night.
Week nights High Season: £110 night.
Weekend nights (Fri - Sat) Low Season: £100 night.
Weekend nights (Fri - Sat) High Season: £115 night.
Christmas and New Year stays: £125 per night.
Minimum stay 3 nights in High Season Easter to end of September. October half term minimum 3 nights.
Weekend breaks as in 2 nights available end of October until March.
There are no additional service charges as found on some of the major holiday lettings platforms.
There are no additional charges for dogs.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Cancellations:
A NON refundable 20% deposit of the holiday is payable at the time of booking please. The balance must be paid no later than 28 days before the commencement of your holiday. Bookings made less than 28 days before your arrival date must be paid in full. All cancellations must be notified in writing/by email. Your booking will not be cancelled by myself except in exceptional circumstances beyond my control and you will be notified as soon as possible and a refund of all payments made for your holiday accommodation. A full refund will also be offered if Covid restrictions are imposed locally following your booking. It may be prudent to take out holiday insurance to cover for cancellation should you or one of your party be unwell and unfit to travel. Most holiday insurance companies now offer Covid related cover. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE BOOKING TERMS.
